The March 6th, 6 hr training (Including lunch) will start at 9:30 AM, and will be held at the Service Employees International Union office, at 2525 West Alameda in Denver. There will be info tables for various interest groups I.e.: Environment, Health Care Reform, Anti War, Economic Reform, Public Funded Campaigns, labor issues, Immigration Reform.
The Nonviolence training will be applicable to all issues, but there will be breakout groups so that each issue group can brainstorm "Ramping Up" ideas and general direction for coming year.
It will be a fun training, and an opportunity to mingle and network with a great group of activists from around the Denver Metro area. Some of the groups involved will be Health Care for All Colorado, RMPJC, SEIU, Jobs with Justice, and individuals such as Claire Ryder, Mag and Ken Seaman, Bob Carlsten, Ron Forthofer, etc.
